I also determine the root cause of the problem by looking at chemical exposure, radiation, emotions, diet, infections and also stress management. Basic treatment guidelines are recommended, ie cleansing with castor oil packs, homeopathic drainage and exercise recommendations, all provided as an individualized protocol. I provide diet suggestions and only recommend therapeutic quality supplements, dispensed through me or Fullscript, to get you back to the quality of life you deserve. Are you ready for a change? Are you ready to take control of your health? Includes intake with extensive health history and body symptomatology questionnaire and food diary. I find the root cause using these tools and iridology and provide you with doable, easy recommendations for diet, lifestyle (exercise, recreation, sleep) and supplements. Initial appointment is 90 minutes and then 3 follow up appointments, 4 to 6 weeks apart, for 60 minutes each, to evaluate and provide support for any changes and fine tuning of recommendations to get you feeling your best.
